Kotten Kids' Zip-Off Pants

Kotten is a pair of functional zip-off trousers with Cordura stretch, perfect for outdoor activities. The trousers are made from a bio-based fabric and have an ergonomic fit that allows freedom of movement. With a zipper at the leg ends, the trousers can easily be transformed into shorts, making them ideal for varying weather conditions.

The trousers have several practical pockets, including side and front zippered pockets, as well as reinforced areas for extra durability. The waist is adjustable with buttons and has belt loops for a customised fit. The water-repellent finish is PFC-free, providing extra protection against moisture.

Polyester is a synthetic material used in garments that need to be water repellent, lightweight, breathable or able to transport moisture away from the body – whether working in unison or on their own, depending on the function of the garment. For a specific garment's characteristics, see its product description. Elastane is a highly elastic, synthetic polyurethane fibre, also known by the brand name Lycra. The material is used in combination with other fibres to give fabrics additional elasticity. Elastane can be stretched up to six times its original length and then return to its original length. Do not dry cleanTake care of your garment, consider how you handle and store it. Here and on the inside of the garment you will find washing instructions to help you look after it in the best possible way. Wash only when needed and air or wipe garments over with a damp cloth in the first instance. Reactivate the impregnation treatment on waterproof garments by ironing them in accordance with the washing instructions. Repair tears with repair patches and contact us for spare parts. Remember that everyone experiences heat differently and some people feel the cold more than others. This scale is intended to provide a pointer regarding how warm a garment is.

Shell - This is a shell garment and has no insulating properties.

Warm - This garment is warm and has insulating properties with a padding level between 100-140 g/m².

Extra warm - This garment is extra warm and has highly insulating properties with a padding level between 160-300 g/m².Breathability

No breathability - This garment has a low capacity for transporting moisture in the form of water vapour, which means that you may experience a damp, clammy feeling if you plan to wear the garment for any significant level of physical activity.

Breathability - This garment has a breathability level between 4,000-10,000 g/m²/24h and is made with the ability to transport water vapour through the fabric.

Mechanical breathability - This garment offers mechanical breathability, which means that we have incorporated one or more vents into the garment so that air can pass through. These vents are carefully positioned, so that water cannot penetrate the garment.
